Statement on Hon. Moses Kuria Statement on NMG
19th June 2023
The Association holds great exception to the statement by CS Moses Kuria. Kenya is a sovereign state governed by the rule of law and various acts of parliament.
We request the CS to acquaint himself with the PPRA Act as regards public procurement as well as the EACC Act as regards business practices and malpractices.
Demining a business is akin to killing lively hoods of tens of Kenyans who depend on NMG directly and indirectly as employees, suppliers, clients as well as their dependents.
In modern day today, there is no place for insults and threats.
Thank you
Secretary General
