Pending Bills Conference 2023

Dear Supplier,

You are cordially invited to attend the 2023 Pending Bills Conference, organized by the Association of Public Sector General Suppliers (APSGS) on May 3^rd, 2023, at the Kenya School of Monetary Studies.

The conference theme is “Addressing the Challenge of Pending Bills: Strategies for Payment and Mitigation.

The conference will bring together Suppliers, Supply Stakeholders, the Executive arm of Government, the Legislature, and County Government Leadership from the public sector in Kenya.

As a supplier in the public sector, this conference is an excellent opportunity to discuss public procurement, payment of suppliers on time, settling of the pending bills, and having the pending bills officially recognized as a budget item in the upcoming budget estimates 2023/24, as well as to network with other professionals in the field.

The Conference fee is Ksh. 5,000 for members and Ksh. 10,000 for non-members. Please note that attendance is only confirmed upon payment and approval.
